Shaffner
Compile a list of helpful topics from the above item and send it to the list serv asking if they agree that all these things should be added to the collaborative site (as long as one person would like it at Plinkit.org, then it should be posted there).

Enfold support contract expires 3/30/10 – let Shaffner know if she should ask Steering to approve 6 hours of support every month for six months and if so Shaffner should see if we want to renew this at the 8/10 meeting. 3/11 Hanning hopes we can get this set up in April.
Hanning
Write “how-to” section for the manual on deactivating the Plinkit theme and activating the desired theme and send it to the listserv.
Shaffner
Re User Survey 3/12 meeting discussion – note for when we are completely finished with Plinkit 2.0 work, to work on these (numbered by priority) –
1-3 More fonts (inc. sizes) and colors (inc. text color) for each color scheme (and teach re site appearance/consistency, accessibility and current formatting options)
1-3 Adding files in batches (make Flash uploader add on product a core part of Plinkit?)
1-3 Spell check (if Firefox isn’t a possibility for a significant number of libraries)
4 Blog entries (not highly desired now, but later, larger libraries may want – teach re monitoring comments, need policies)
5-7 Registering patrons for events (www.engagedpatrons.org?) (includes ability to see lists of attendees and send email reminders – though Hanning’s not sure we want to go this far)
5-7 Adding images to the community page (we’d need Enfold to add field)
5-7 Embedding videos
Shaffner
Re User Survey – as we add libraries priorities may change, so note to get Advisory Group input on this every October so Project Coordinators can survey their users again each February.
