Joel Update

Oregon and Texas Template available on server

Start testing on those

One person to talk to Joel per state

Colorado is forthcoming

Only look at Illinois version not PALS

Darci will give guidelines as to see what is on Joel’s server

After this round of testing, then will move forward with documentation

Testing:

Setup wizard and Plinkit 2.0 Template

Keep existing server and setup a new server or new instance

Details forthcoming on converting existing sites

Recurrent events – still needs some fixes in Plone 2.5, Darci will get with Andy to see status

Kathleen Haggerty has written a press release

Sharon has all of the letters and nominations that were sent in and will be putting them up on the site

Will contact submitters to see if it’s ok to post

June 29th 10:30-Noon Sunday Morning in Anaheim at ALA will be the award presentation

Submit estimated travel costs by March 28th

5 state consortium

John Houser is drafting a business proposal to present to the collaborative for a payment plan – will be presented at next Steering Committee Meeting

PALINET and SOLINET are talking merger

Interested in various options to bring in new members
