Addendum to MOU

Addendum A: Plinkit Fee Structure and Expected Use of Funds for FY08-09

Annual Fee for FY08-09.

The third year of the Plinkit Collaborative will run from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. Each participating state library agency or other organization will pay a membership fee of $10,000 for the third year, that will be used to support the work of the Collaborative.

Expected Use of Funds During FY08-09

Planned expenditures for 2008-09 as approved by the Steering Committee are as follows:

1. Plinkit Collaborative Project Manager                                   $20,000
2. Software development, documentation & special projects   $50,000
3. Travel and miscellaneous                                                       $10,000

Any residual funds may be expended for appropriate use upon the recommendation of the Steering Committee, may be retained for carryover to FY09-10, or may be refunded to participating organizations if recommended by the Steering Committee.
